BEFORE WE START

Good projects begin
with clear answers.

From custom tooling to the first sample, here are the questions buyers ask us.

Ask about your project ↗
01Can you manufacture from our drawings?

Send your 3D model, 2D drawings or reference sample. Geometry, interfaces, material requirements and feasibility are reviewed before tooling or sample production is agreed.

02What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?

They depend on tooling, part complexity, materials and volume. Share your sample quantity, first order and launch date so the team can provide a project-specific quotation.

03Can you add our logo and custom finish?

Discuss your artwork, color references, finish and packaging requirements with the team. Feasible options are confirmed during the sample review.

04What should I include in an RFQ?

Include drawings or reference photos, intended application, target quantities, finish requirements, critical interfaces, testing expectations and your delivery destination.

05How are testing requirements agreed?

Define the required dimensions, fit, appearance and performance checks in the project brief. Additional tests, acceptance criteria and report requirements should be agreed before sampling.

06Can we discuss confidentiality before sharing drawings?

Yes. Contact the team to discuss confidentiality and any NDA requirements before sending sensitive design information.
